Don't miss this rare opportunity to spend a morning with Dr. Ragins and have
an open, honest discussion on the current racial climate in Milwaukee. Let's truly have a dialogue.
Dr. Belle Rose Ragins, Professor of Management at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and internationally recognized scholar on workplace diversity, will lead the discussion and ask the hard questions after she presents her results of a new study on the spillover of community diversity to the workplace. This ground-breaking research illustrates the importance of fostering positive climates for diversity in the community, and represents a call to action for organizations to partner with their communities to improve diversity climates. By offering a research-based, business case for organizational-community partnerships, this presentation will give important fuel to the development of partnerships aimed at eradicating racism and promoting inclusion in our local communities.
